Before you visit
A few things that help as you plan your visit.
01Where are you located?
We're at 525 Sansome Street, Suite 200, in San Francisco's Financial District, a short walk from Montgomery Street BART. Metered street parking and garages are nearby.
02What should I bring to my first visit?
Your photo ID and, if you have one, your insurance card. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them. Health forms are in our secure portal, so you can fill them in before you come.
03How do I prepare for my appointment?
No special preparation. Eat and brush as you normally do. If you are nervous, tell us when you book and we'll plan for it.
04Do you take my insurance?
We bill most PPO dental plans and file the claim for you. Our front desk checks your benefits before your visit.
