New patients

Your first visit, step by step

A new-patient exam takes about an hour.

  1. Step 1: Request a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us a good day and how you'd like us to reply.

  2. Step 2: We check your benefits

If you have dental insurance, we check your plan's benefits and tell you what the plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Your health history goes in our secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are available if you prefer.

  4. Step 4: Your exam

The dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them and talks through what they found.

  5. Step 5: Your plan, in writing

You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in

What do I bring?

Your photo ID, your insurance card if you have one and a list of your medicines. Recent dental X-rays help, so bring them or ask your old office to send them.

Do I put medical details on this website?

No. The contact form asks for none. Your health history goes in the forms in our secure portal.

Can you get my records from my old dentist?

Yes, with your written permission. Give us your previous practice's name and phone number.

I have a broken tooth. Do I still fill in forms first?

No. Call us first, and we'll tell you what to do. We'll go through the forms with you when you come in.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
